This will continue to happen as there is only a plastic nut underneath the sink, that is difficult to keep tight if people continue to try and turn the outlet on top.Can l suggest you check if this style makes an outlet that swivels?If not, have the plumber fit a low profile outlet rather than the tall curved one, as this issue will continue to annoy you going forward.
